The purpose is to seek your approval to invest/spend up to $100,000 for the dredging of our East and West side docks in order to attain appropriate depths and access for our slip holders. Current Bylaws restrict the Board from spending above $50,000 without Member approval. NO ASSESSMENT WILL BE NEEDED.

The proxy is fillable for you to open and use to cast your ballot. The proxy’s should be emailed directly to Lisa Kozicki, Secretary.
